Fish Camp is a one-of-a-kind Florida Keys vacation rental that blends laid-back island charm with private resort-style amenities. This secluded, colorful canal-front home is tucked behind a high wooden fence and surrounded by swaying palm trees, creating a true tropical escape with privacy and personality.

Recently expanded, Fish Camp now features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large families, group getaways, and friends traveling together. Designed to feel fun, relaxed, and unmistakably “Keysy,” the home offers multiple gathering spaces perfect for both connection and downtime.

Fish Camp

  • Imagine a secluded funky, fun and Keyzy canal home nestled amidst tall palm trees with a huge tropical tiki next to a sparkling pool – all tucked away behind a high wooden colorful fence. 

    Welcome to  Fish Camp, a Florida Keys vacation rental in Marathon! This private, oceanfront vacation home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and everything needed for an extraordinary island experience.

    This one-acre property is located on Coco Plum Drive at the end of an ocean canal.

    The top level of the two-story home has three bedrooms, two baths, and an open living space that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. An outdoor deck offers breathtaking views of the Florida Keys’ stunning sunsets.

    The lower level has two large bedrooms and one bath with a kitchenette. There are no interior stairs that connect resulting in maximum privacy between the two living areas.

    Close the gates to Fish Camp and the outside world fades away and you will never want to leave your private tropical oasis on the waters’ edge.

    Upstairs, there is a master bedroom suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. This master also has sliding glass doors that  lead out to a small patio and outdoor stairs to the grounds and pool area. 

    A second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom is across the hall from the primary bathroom and has a king bed. 

    Downstairs includes two bedrooms with king size beds. Also, a sitting area and kitchenette. One large bathroom in a hall between two bedrooms along with a separate washer and dryer.  


  • 2700 Sq. Ft.

    Decorated in a colorful coastal theme that reflects the sun and sea, Fish Camp reminds you to exhale, relax and enjoy life. The floors are soft bamboo and the countertops in the kitchen and vanities are quartz. The furniture and accessories are comfortable and chic. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy the local cuisine and seafare.

  • Every single thing needed for your island adventure is on site at Fish Camp.

    The large tiki next to the sparkling pool is the favored place to hang.  Featuring a large outdoor TV, refrigerator for cold beverages close at hand and a grill for cooking – you will ask yourself,  “Why go anywhere else?”

    Dining furniture and chaise lounges along with inviting rocking chairs provide all of the seating choices necessary for outdoor relaxation in the sun or shade. 

    A hammock house provides a shaded and private spot for a nap or quiet respite. A kayak entry is in the corner of the property next to the mangroves. The high wooden fence and mangroves provide the ultimate in privacy.

  • Dock (125 ft)

    The dock is large enough for five boats and has a fish cleaning station, running water and lights; manatees visit often.

  • Shaded tiki area includes:

    • Commercial ice maker

    • bait freezer

    • refrigerator

    • TV

    • The private boat ramp at Grouper House, just down the street, is available for the launch of your boat.

    A private parking lot for Happy in the Keys guests is also available for any extra boat trailers or vehicles that are not wanted on the Fish Camp property by guests.
