Pirate Point

  • Extensively remodeled and completed in February 2019, Pirate Point House and Compound mixes old world Florida with modern coastal living providing a secluded and exceptional island experience.

    This one acre property is located on the point of a wide ocean canal next to the Coco Plum bay that leads out to the Atlantic ocean. Two long sides of the property are in fact made of sea walls. The main home includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a game room and bar as well as an open and spacious living space that features a professionally equipped chef’s kitchen, a dining area and a living room.

    Steps away from the main house entry door, a private and detached master suite connected by a covered breezeway offers privacy and solitude with a bathroom and a dedicated outdoor patio and sitting area. Sea Dog House, a darling one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a kitchenette, living room and covered patio is located next to the main residence again offering groups separation and privacy when wanted.

    The home is surrounded with outdoor decks and seating areas and a private pool. The property embraces the wide ocean water ways around it offering extraordinary views inside and outside of the breathtaking Florida Keys’ sunsets and sunrises.

    The main home includes two master suites with king beds, smart televisions, and private bathrooms as well as a one bedroom with a queen bed located next to the primary bathroom.

    The Treasure Master Suite located steps away from the main home has a king bed, a large smart tv, and a bathroom.

    The Sea Dog House has one bedroom with a queen bed.

    All beds have specialty Purple mattresses and high-end linens. Time and again our guests report that they experience the best sleep of their life in these beds.

  • 3500 Sq. feet

    Decorated in a modern coastal theme, elements of the ocean and tropical landscape grace the inside of Pirate Point House so that every moment reminds you to exhale, relax and enjoy life.

    The porcelain floors have the look and feel of ocean washed salvaged wood while the countertops in the kitchen and master suite vanities are quartz.

    All living spaces are ground floor with no stairs to manage, ideal for small children and older adults.

  • Every single thing needed for your island adventure is on site at Pirate Point House and Compound. The pool is fenced and ready for the splashes of a child or a relaxing and cool respite.

    The concrete walkway along the sea walls go on forever perfect for fishing or simply experiencing the ocean, or talking with the dolphin and manatees that frequently visit. And at the point of the property two hammocks under the palm trees are just the place for a breezy nap.

  • Dock (397 ft along seawalls)

    Two entire sides of Pirate Point yard and property are made up of seawall and a walkway with multiple boat tie up cleats. Altogether, that space is a whopping 397 linear feet.

    There is also a boat well with a floating dock for kayaks that makes entry in and out of the canal a breeze.  Kayaks are not furnished with Pirate Point but they can be rented from a trusted supplier that will bring them to the property and remove them at the end of the stay.

    A tiki sits on the seawall providing a tropical shady spot and a bench for pondering life and the pleasures of vacations. A fish cleaning station is close by along with a fresh water hose.
