Four master suites flank an open and spacious living space that includes a professionally equipped chef’s kitchen, dining area, and living room. A powder room and laundry room are just off the dining area.
Snapper House extends onto a wrap-around terrace that expands over the private pool and wide ocean canal, offering extraordinary views of the breathtaking Florida Keys’ sunrises and ocean waters.

The four master suites are equal in size and amenities and feature individual smart TVs and king beds with specialty Purple mattresses and high-end linens.
Each master suite has a private bathroom with a coffee/wine bar. One master suite has a tub with a shower to accommodate an indulgent soak or the convenient bathing of children.
The suites are situated on the corners of the interior open living space and have sliding glass doors that open to a sitting area on the terrace, affording the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness.

Decorated in a modern coastal theme, elements of the ocean and tropical landscape grace the inside of Snapper House so that every moment reminds you to exhale, relax and enjoy life.
The porcelain floors have the look and feel of ocean-washed salvaged wood while the countertops in the kitchen and master suite vanities are Cambria quartz that reflects the mix of water and sand.
All living spaces are on one upper floor accessed by an inside elevator or interior stairs or outside stairs off the deck to the private pool and extensive outdoor dining and lounging area.
Every single thing needed for your island adventure is on-site at Snapper House.
The pool is expansive and features a large splash deck made for the splashes of a child or a relaxing and cool respite.
Under the shade of the home just steps away from the pool, an outdoor kitchen, dining, bar and sitting area provide the ultimate in seaside living.
Watch the game on the 70-inch outdoor smart TV from the pool or the outdoor living area, take a nap on the round daybed, soak up the sun in one of the designer chaise loungers – you will never want to go inside.
A pool bath is placed under the deck stairs for convenience to the outdoor living space as well as swimmers, fishermen, and boaters. An outdoor shower completes the outdoor living experience.
A commercial ice maker, extra refrigerator, and a bait freezer are located next to the pool and close to the dock for easy access and convenience of guests.

The ironwood dock is one of the favorite spots at Snapper House with frequent visits by manatees and dolphins. Long and wide with running water, lighting, and a fish cleaning station, the dock is ideal for fishing as well as for tying up your boat.
Arrival and departure on Saturdays only with a 7-night minimum stay.
This 2700 sq foot home has four private bedroom suites, each with access to the deck. The open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen are centrally located. An elevator is available for loading and unloading.
Next to the gated pool is a shady indoor/outdoor living space complete with seating and large screen TV, an outdoor kitchen area with propane grill, outdoor dining table and poolside bathroom with outdoor shower.
The dock and boat slip are available for fishing, fish cleaning station, and boating.

Cancellation Policy: If Cancellation is requested and confirmed prior to 60 days before arrival date, a partial refund of 100% minus $250 or 3 % of total, whichever is greater (for the credit card charges incurred for processing) will be made at time of cancellation. If cancellation is made after 60 days before arrival, no refund will be made unless the home is rented to another guest. If the property is rented to another guest for the same period, the amount received less the credit card processing fees will be refunded upon receipt of funds.
Located halfway between Key Largo and Key West in Marathon, this home is located on an ocean canal in Key Colony Beach. There is a private boat dock for your use with off-site trailer parking.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes drive from the home as well as quick trips to all of the other islands.
