Sunset Villa

Our newest addition to the HappyintheKeys Portfolio, Villa 15 – known as Sunset Villa, is in a secluded, gated, and lovely marina townhome/villa complex. From the moment the tropical copper gate opens, the experience of high end luxury and exclusivity surrounds each and every guest. Surrounded by a natural wooded preservation area, the entry drive meanders into the villa complex where white two story villas are lined around private canals with boat slips and open ocean waters.

This luxury, private villa has two levels of living space. The first level consists of an open living space with a galley kitchen, large dining area, expansive living area, and a convenient half bath. The living area has ample seating and a large smart television which makes all gatherings fun and inclusive. The galley kitchen is fully stocked for preparing delicious and complete meals with absolutely everything a home chef needs. The round dining table seats 6 adults comfortably while 4 bar stools provide an additional bar height seating at the kitchen counter bar.

Up one flight of stairs are the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a large private ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower while across the hall the two small quest suites share a hallway bathroom directly across from their doors. The master bedroom has a king bed, a reading chair and a desk. The two guest rooms have one queen bed in each bedroom. All beds have Purple mattresses and luxury percale sheets for the best nights’ sleep possible. The master bedroom has French doors to a terrace with sweeping views of the tropical blue ocean blues of the Florida Keys.

Double doors in the living room open to a covered patio with breathtaking views of the canal, community swimming pool and Gulf of Mexico.

Just a few steps away you’ll find a 31-foot dedicated boat slip and a wide dock and fish cleaning area.  

The grounds of this marina villa community are extraordinary and plush. Grass, palm trees, and layered landscaping are in every direction. The enormous community pool is heated and surrounded by lounge chairs and entry stairs. At one end of the pool are bathrooms and an ice machine for convenience of the guests.

The community also has a gym with all professional equipment for the use of all guests and owners.
