The four master suites are equal in size and amenities and feature individual smart TVs and king beds with specialty memory foam mattresses and high-end linens. Each master suite has a private bathroom with a coffee/wine bar. One master suite has a tub with a shower to accommodate an indulgent soak or the convenient bathing of children. The suites are situated on the corners of the interior common living space and have sliding glass doors that open to a sitting area on the terrace, affording the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness.

Decorated in a modern coastal theme, elements of the ocean and tropical landscape grace the inside of Grouper House so that every moment reminds you to exhale, relax and enjoy life. The floors are Italian porcelain with the look and feel of packed sand while the counter tops in the kitchen and master suite vanities are Cambria quartz reflecting the mix of water and sand. All living spaces are on one upper floor accessed by an inside elevator or interior stairs or outside stairs off the deck to the private pool and extensive outdoor dining and lounging deck.
Every single thing needed for your island adventure is on site at Grouper House. The pool is expansive and features a large splash deck made for the splashes of a child or a relaxing and cool respite. A grilling kitchen and dining area are situated under the shade of the patio next to the pool along with chaise lounges, rocking chairs and gliders. A pool bath is conveniently placed under the deck stairs for the ultimate convenience to swimmers, fishermen and boaters. An outdoor shower completes the ultimate outdoor living space.
An extra refrigerator, a commercial ice maker and a bait freezer are locate next to the pool for convenient access to pool and dock.

The ironwood dock is one of the favorite spots at Grouper House with frequent visits by manatees and dolphins. Long and wide with running water, lighting and a fish cleaning station, the dock is ideal for fishing as well as for tying up your boat.
The 12 ft wide private boat ramp is beyond convenient for the launch of your boat or kayak and is one of the many reasons avid boaters choose Grouper House as their island getaway year after year.
Bookings require a 7-night minimum stay with a Saturday to Saturday arrival and departure.
This 2600 sq ft home has four private bedroom suites, each with access to the deck. The open floor plan, living room, dining room, and kitchen are centrally located. An elevator is available for loading and unloading.
Next to the gated pool is a shady indoor/outdoor living space complete with seating and large screen TV, an outdoor kitchen area with propane grill, outdoor dining table and poolside bathroom with outdoor shower.
The dock and boat slip are available for fishing, fish cleaning station, kayaking, and boating.

Cancellation Policy: If Cancellation is requested and confirmed prior to 60 days before arrival date, a partial refund of 100% minus $250 or 3 % of total, whichever is greater (for the credit card charges incurred for processing) will be made at time of cancellation. If cancellation is made after 60 days before arrival, no refund will be made unless the home is rented to another guest. If the property is rented to another guest for the same period, the amount received less the credit card processing fees will be refunded upon receipt of funds.
Halfway between Key Largo and Key West in Marathon, this Marathon Vacation Rental is located on a wide ocean canal. This property also has a large boat ramp which is exclusive to Grouper Guests, guests of the other 4 houses, and the owners of Happy in the Keys.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minute’s drive from the home as well as quick trips to all of the other islands.
